Principal-led from first sketch to handover
Meridian Constructions has been run by its engineers since 2003. A principal owns every commission from the first scheme to the day the operator takes the keys, reviews the analysis behind it, and is the person you speak to when something on site does not match the drawing. That is the whole management structure, and it is why a project here is never handed to someone who was not in the room when it was designed.
